Many VIP services will be provided such as a shuttle services from Kalessan Villas to the airport and to the beach, full time maid service, daily room service, chauffeur services, babysitting, in-house spa treatments, tours and car and motorbike rentals etc
In addition the management team will handle all financial activities and reports to buyers and investors.
On spot fine dining services will also be offered.
The Kalessan Villas Maintenance Company will ensure that Kalessan Villa stays in tip top condition by maintaining all communal spaces, gardens,
roads, walkways, generators, as well as providing pest controls and 24 hr security
The team will also assist on each little or big maintenance activity necessary in your villas ( extra fees), as simple as hanging pictures, changing buble lights, fixing equpments or any other tasks that you need help with.
There will be no sinking fund and management fee during the resort operating period by developer.
