The Falls Villas are designed to offer each client a variety of options and styles to meet their personal needs and taste. The choices among the Villas vary in size and number of optional components. Each villa throughout the development offers beautiful panoramic sea and mountain views.

The 91 villas are spread over 69 Rai (28.85 acres or 112,000 m²) of green tropical gardens, providing plot sizes from 210 m² to 1,316 m². There are 4 styles of villas to choose from. All villas will be constructed with the highest specification and standards of materials available designed by Bangkok top Architects and built under European engineering supervision.

The Villas range from 2 to 5 bedrooms and will have total living areas from 153 m² to approximately 375 m² giving clients various choices in living styles.  All villas come with intelligent home technology thus enhancing even further their living experience on the development.  Villas will be offered for sale on a lease hold basis and all clients will be offered the option of a Rental Pool this means that the resort can let out their properties on the buyers behalf and the buyer will share in the revenues generated.

The Condominiums are designed to offer a multitude of options as in our villas. The living areas range from 68 m² to 303 m².  All condominium owners have full access to the services and amenities provided by The Falls.  The Rental Pool option is available for all Condominium owners.

Services and Maintenance at The Falls will offer each home owner full access to the 24hr services provided.  We offer a 5 star service package.  Services such as an in house chef, a Medical Care Centre with a fully trained Physician and Nursing Staff, a Spa, Homeopathic Treatments, Laundry, Library with a full selection of books, DVDs and Magazines, Gardening and pre arrival home preparation and much more (see website for full list of services available).

The Maintenance package is designed to offer home owners peace of mind whether they are fulltime or part time residents.  All maintenance will be managed by a professional company solely for The Falls and will be committed to maintaining the Five Star standard of all public areas and facilities.
