Booking Conditions

Total Price. (Includes meals, accommodation and travels in Thailand)
Single traveller: 32,800 Bahts per person (Approx. 670 Euros*)
Couples: 29,100 Bahts per person (Approx. 600 Euros*)
NB: The seminars, conferences and visits of the projects are not invoiced.
*The Tour prices are increased in December due to the tourism peak season:
Single traveller: 42,500 Bahts per person (Approx. 870 Euros*)
Couples: 36,875 Bahts per person (Approx. 750 Euros*)
Prices in Euros are based on 1 Euro = 49 Baths
(Flights from outside of Thailand are not included in the real estate tour)

Cancelation policy

Terms and Conditions
All tours are sold as is and are subject to change without prior notice. Customers which reserve a tour will be notified by Email of any changes to the tour.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellations received one month before the beginning of the tour will receive a refund, less a $150 penalty per person.
From one month before to 15 days before a refund less a $350 penalty per person will be given.
Less than 15 days before, the real estate tour fee is non-refundable.
Company Vauban is the organiizer of the tour : in charge of the registrations of the attendees and responsible for all details of this tour. |
